Logic of F3B-NSPM Method

F3B-NSPM . 16 Dec 2020 . Ver -9.
INDEX : 1. ❓ What is the Scientific Method with which Dijo Thomas Scientifically Proved
Neelagiri Tiger ? What is it's Logic ?
2. ❌ Why Haven't Dijo Thomas Publish a Paper on Neelagiri Tiger [Neelagiri Kaduva] in a
Science Journal, despite Scientifically Proving it❓
............................................................................................
❓ What is the Scientific Method with which Dijo Thomas Scientifically Proved Neelagiri
Tiger ? What is it's Logic ?
 F3B-NSPM
⚙ A NEW Scientific Method Invented by Dijo Thomas to Prove a New Species without
● 1. Specimen 2. Direct Sighting 3. Photos 4. Taxonomy or 5. DNA Tests❗❗
■ De-coding, Inventing & Scientifically Proving the ❌- Factor.
Synopsis on the Logic of the Scientific Method F3B-NSPM and How it Actually Proves a New
Species.
________________________________________________________
It is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE to Prove a New Species without DNA Tests or Taxonomy. But not
any more. ⚠
.
Dijo Thomas Invented a New Method
⭕ for the FIRST Time in the World ;
to Prove a New Species without :
1. Specimen 2. Direct Sighting 3. Photos 4. DNA Tests or 5. Taxonomy.
.
The New Method has been named F3B-NSPM {Facts, Features, Factors etc. Based - New
Species Scientifically Proving Method}.
............................................................................................
▪ The F3B-NSPM method can be used to Scientifically Prove highly Rare Species, for whom
DNA Tests or other conditions cannot be done, due to lack of samples or Specimen.
▪This method will become a Great Tool in CONSERVING Rare Wildlife all over the World, for
whom DNA Test Cannot be done.
▪ Dijo Thomas have Already Scientifically Proved Neelagiri Kaduva in early 2015 and Presented
6 Scientific Papers in 2 Indian Science Congress.
✅ I am ready to Prove this method before International Panel of Scientific Experts : Dijo Thomas

............................................................................................
 1. Neelagiri Tiger {Neelagiri Kaduva} , which is as Big as Tiger, is the First Species to be
proved by this method !
 1. Neelagiri Kaduva was proved by 60 + Factors /Variables & More than 80 + Points.
▪{If it is Proved by only 1 or 3 factors, there is a chance of it could be wrong. But with 40 +
Factors /Variables (Total 60 + including minor) & More than 80 + points; there is absolutely NO
CHANCE of the Scientific Proving of Neelagiri Tiger being Wrong ! : Dijo Thomas }
2. Raktha Athika - the 2nd Species to be proved by this method !
3. Neelagiri Cheruvan - the 3rd Species to be proved by this method !
4. Chupacabra [ Latin America ] - the 4th Species to be proved by this method !
⭕ Not only that Chupacabra had been Proved ASTONISHINGLY with out Photos or DNA Tests;
but to add additional ASTONISHMENT -
it has been Proved from 15,000 Kms AWAY, in India❗
............................................................................................
F3B-NSPM has been now accepted by the Scientific Community. !! ✅
............................................................................................
4 Key Components of F3B-NSPM Method
● 1. Main Factors / Variables [ 40 + ]
▪Eg.: Behavior Pattern, Attacking Pattern, Hunting Pattern, Eating Habit, Color, Pattern on body,
Pug Marks etc.
{of the Mysterious Unknown Attacking Animal (UAA)[which is Neelagiri Kaduva]},
● 2. Points
▪Points are Infrences and Conclusion with Proof; drawn from the various Main Factors /
Variables.
● 3. Eyewitnesses Accounts
There were about 25 + in First Discovery in Trivandrum and 30 + in Second Discovery in Thrissur.
Dijo Thomas has Interviewed more than 400 + Eyewitnesses from Kerala, Tamil Nadu and
Karnataka, all through the Years and still Meeting New Eyewitnesses !
● 4. Historic and Eyewitnesses details collected by Dijo Thomas for 12 Years Even BEFORE the
First Discovery of Neelagiri Tiger in Neyyar Dam in 2014 !
............................................................................................
Main Factors / Variables used for proving Neelagiri Kaduva [Neelagiri Tiger] through
F3B-NSPM are given below:
..........................................................................................................
 1. Behavior Pattern 2. Attacking Pattern 3. Hunting Pattern 4. Eating Habit {etc. of the
Mysterious Unknown Attacking Animal (UAA)[which is Neelagiri Kaduva]},
5. Eye Witness accounts [25 + in my first Discovery alone]
6. Color of the Animal 7. Pattern on body
8. Pug Marks 9. Pug Marks Size (9 cm in Thiruvananthapuram & 12 cm in Thrissur)
10. Size of the animal 11. Shape
12.My Expertise with Wild Animals for the Past 15+ years
13.Historic Details I collected about Patti Kadva [Colloquial Name of Neelagiri Kaduva] from
Manglore to Thiruvananthapuram [India]
14. My Observations in the Fields in Neyyar Dam
15. Tracking it for many days
16. Near miss [by me & group] in the Field 3 times on 29 Sep 2014 etc.
17. Ability of Unusual Stealth displayed by the UAA
18-19 Behavior Pattern, Hunting Pattern of the NK Cub
20. Local Adivasi [Tribal] Watchers confirming to me that their Elders have Seen / Known
Neelagiri Tiger for centuries as Naai Puli[Dog Tiger]
21. Geographic Features & Location
22-60 : {Comparing Behavior/Attacking Pattern [1-4] with that of Leopard/Tiger/Dogs/Wild
Dogs/Hyena/Wild Cats & other already known wild animals.
& about 10+ others ......
This is DONE to Double Check Whether the Unknown Attacking Animal (UAA) is any of the
Already Identified Species in the World.
..........................................................................................................
F3B-NSPM was Formulated using more than 80+ Points:
..........................................................................................................
Eg: 7. A dog will never catch & eat another dog. In Neyyar Dam area, many attacks, Killings on
dogs and Disappearance of domestic dogs had taken place. I personally confirmed three of
them.
13. 100% Pug Marks have Claws [Personally verified by me in more than 4 places in first two
days alone - consisting of more than 50 impressions. + Forest Personnel had also verified it
independently]. Therefore it is clearly not a Leopard (As all Eyewitnesses Claimed in Trivandrum)
or Cat family.
14. The size of pug marks is Bigger than that of a Leopard {9 cm in Trivandrum – Only largest of
leopeard will have 9 cm pug mark} and equal to a Tiger in Thrissur {12 cm}
..........................................................................................................
 Eyewitnesses
..........................................................................................................
First of All, one should Understand that there are TWO Different TYPES of Eyewitnesses:
A. Historical Eyewitnesses
B. Incident Eyewitnesses
 A. Historical Eyewitnesses
Those who Already Know Patti Kaduva (Colloquial name of Neelagiri Tiger) by Information
Handed down from Generation to Generation. This Type of Eyewitnesses Mostly occurs in the
Periphery of Forests. They Themselves or their Close Friends or Relatives have Directly Seen
Neelagiri Tiger, mostly when it was Catching a Dog.
The Historical Eyewitnesses Knew all the main Features of Neelagiri Kaduva, including Size,
Shape, Color, Pattern on body, Food Habits etc.
As they Knew Neelagiri Kaduva very well and CO-EXISTED with it for Centuries, they had Given
names for it, which Varied from place to place. Colloquial Names of Neelagiri Kaduva includes
▪Kerala: 1. Patti Kaduva (Dog Tiger) / 2. Naai Puli (Dog Tiger) / 3. Patti Puli (Dog Leopard) 4.
Kattan Puli etc.
▪Karnataka: Naai Huli (Dog Tiger)
▪Tamil Nadu: 1. Naai Puli (Dog Tiger) 2. Kaduva Puli 3. Periya Nari 4. Naai Siruthai (Dog
Leopard)
Historical Eyewitnesses are Eyewitnesses of many Centuries lineage, who had Known / Seen
Neelagiri Kaduva even before Dijo Thomas first Discovered Neelagiri Tiger in 2014.
I had Interviewed Historical Eyewitnesses in many { 6 + } Places, from Mangalore to Trivandrum
12 Years BEFORE MY FIRST DISCOVERY ❗
They told me :
1. A Wild Animal with Colloquial Names -
Patti Kaduva (Dog Tiger) / Naai Puli (Dog Tiger) / Patti Puli (Dog Leopard) Exists
2. Patti Kaduva [Colloquial Name of Neelagiri Kaduva] mainly Catches and Eats Dogs.
3. Patti Kaduva looks like a Dog, but much bigger.
4. Patti Kaduva had the Size of a Tiger.
There are Two Types of Historical Eyewitnesses : 1. Regular Villagers living Near Forests 2.
Tribals who live Inside Forests and who knew Forests very well.
 B. Incident Eyewitnesses
▪These are Mainly Eyewitnesses who Have SEEN Neelagiri Kaduva Directly during the Recent
Attacks in Neyyar Dam, Trivandrum (2014), Kanjani (2016), Varkala, Trivandrum (2018) and many
more.
Though the Incident Eyewitnesses have Directly Seen Neelagiri Tiger, they Didn't know what
Animal it is, as they have Not Seen it or Heard about it Before.
☑ But they have SEEN the Neelagiri Tiger Very Clearly, during the Attacks on Animals in Villages.
..........................................................................................................
Dijo Thomas First Came to Know [ ■ with 100% Certainty], Even Before his First Discovery in
2014, that Neelagiri Kaduva Existed, from Historical Eyewitnesses.
Dijo Thomas Confirmed the Contemporary Existence of Neelagiri Kaduva, [First in 25 Sep
2014, Nedumangad in 2015 ( both in Trivandrum district), Second Major Discovery in Thrissur
2016 and Many Others Later on] from Incident Eyewitnesses.
..........................................................................................................
________________________________________________________
Final Inferences obtained by analyzing 60 + Factors /Variables & More than 80 + Points:
✅ 1. There are only 5 possible wild animals (even if the remotest possibility is considered), for
the attacks in Neyyar Dam, if you discount Neelagiri Kaduva. They are 1. Doles [Wild dogs], 2.
Hyenas, 3. Wild cats, 4. Feral Dogs & 5. Leopard.
Mr. Dijo Thomas proved beyond doubt that it is NOT caused by any of them.
✅ 2. There is NO identified animal, Anywhere in the World, with the Features, Size, Color of the
Animal, Pugmarks, Behavior Pattern, Attacking Pattern, Hunting Pattern etc. – Found in a Single
Animal – like the wild animal attacking in Neyyar Dam. [When we Combine all these Features of
the Unknown Attacking Animal, Obtained and Observed in Neyyar Dam, to Form the Outline of a
Single Animal]
✅ Therefore Unknown Attacking Animal is nothing known till now, and is a New Species.
........................................................................................
How Dijo Thomas Proved Scientifically that the Wild Animal Attacking in Neyyar Dam is a New
Species can be Surmised as given below :
 3. ▪If you COMBINE all the 60 + Factors / Variables & More than 80 + Points ✅ You
Will get the PICTURE of an Wild Animal ✅Which does NOT CORRESPOND to any KNOWN
Wild Animal in the World ✅ and THEREFORE the Wild Animal Attacking in Neyyar Dam is
CLEARLY a New Species
Therefore Unknown Attacking Animal is nothing known till now; ✅ with the Size of a Tiger
✅ with the Shape of a Leopard /Tiger ✅ But with Features Very Different from a Tiger or Any
Known Animal till now ✅ is Therefore a New Species which was named Neelagiri Kaduva by
DijoThomas.

............................................................................................
 TOOLS USED :
▪Possibility/Probability Factor, Proving beyond the Probability Factor, Eliminating the Error
Factor by Multiple Filtering, Truthful Assessment of Various Factors, Neutral Assessment,
Comparison with other similar/dissimilar attacks, Historic Data Analysis, Accurate Analysis
of Factors which didn’t Fit to KNOWN wild animal Attacks; Filtering Out Non-Related
Eyewitnesses, Psychology ETC.
☑ Psychology plays a very important role while interviewing eye witness to check whether they
are lying.
............................................................................................
 Scientific Paper Presentation
Dijo Thomas presented 6 Scientific Papers on
 Neelagiri Kaduva
 Raktha Athika
 F3B-NSPM method

2. F3B-NSPM method on Raktha Athika
3. Neelagiri Kaduva (an updated paper)
4. F3B-NSPM method on Neelagiri Kaduva
............................................................................................
❓Why I invented this method ⁉
The mother & the cub {of Neelagiri Kaduva}, were attacked by locals, & the cub was killed in
Neyyar dam on 2 Oct 2014. >>>[You have to note that it is 7 days after my first discovery of
Neelagiri Kaduva].
Dr. Jacob Alexander of Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, who had done the Postmortem, took 4
samples for DNA tests, due to request from Dijo Thomas. After 4 months, when I put Pressure, it
was said that, a chemical added to the samples for sending for DNA tests was ‘CONVENIENTLY‘
a wrong one & therefore DNA test was not possible. It is a typical attempt at cover-up.
If it were any known Species, they need to just have said: “Look, DNA test says this is so and
so known Species”. But as it is a New Species, they could not say that, & Therefore the cover-Up.
[You can see Media Reports during my 1st Discovery in my Website].
Therefore I was forced to prove Neelagiri Tiger by Inventing this New Method.

❌ Why Haven't Dijo Thomas Publish a Paper on Neelagiri Tiger [Neelagiri Kaduva] in a
Science Journal, despite Scientifically Proving it❓
[ ✅ Though Dijo Thomas have Presented 4 Scientific Papers on Neelagiri Kaduva, the NEW
Species Found by him and F3B-NSPM Method in 2 Indian Science Congresses and another 2
Papers on Raktha Athika. ]
.....................................................................................
Neelagiri Kaduva has already been Scientifically Proved in 2014 Itself.
▪Even Before Dijo Thomas Presented a Scientific Paper in Indian Science Congress, Neelagiri
Kaduva has already been Scientifically Proved in 2014 Itself.
▪All those Evidences were Published in my Website in 2014 itself. If Anyone wants to Analyze
or Challenge the Method, they can Read it My Website and do so.
● WildlifeScientist.com > Neelagiri Kaduva > F3B-NSPM . (A more Elaborate Version is also
available, which I will Publish later).
▪Even a New SCIENTIFIC Method had been Invented by Dijo Thomas in 2014 to Prove Neelagiri
Tiger called F3B-NSPM;
to Prove a New Species without ● 1. Specimen 2. Direct Sighting 3. Photos 4. Taxonomy or 5.
DNA Tests❗
▪The DNA Tests of the Cub of Neelagiri Kaduva were Sabotaged by the Forest Department
under Pressure from Roman Catholics Fanatics and Corrupt Politicians, as I have Criticized their
Criminal deeds. The DNA Tests Results were Never Published, and the the Cover Up by Forest
Department was that the chemical poured for the Test was a Wrong one, therefore could not
conduct the DNA Test. A Clear Cover Up.
If it was Anyone Else, they would have Clearly given Up, Especially WITHOUT Any Income for
Day to Day Needs, but Dijo Thomas Fought on for the Conservation of Neelagiri Kaduva, due to
his Love and Passion for Wildlife.
Facing Many Mafias that Control Kerala and India, Including Politicians, Police, Religious
Fanatics, Judges etc.
Dijo Thomas is Still Fighting for the Conservation of Neelagiri Kaduva, Facing all these Mafias, all
these 7 Years, Since the Discovery, Till this Very Moment.
.....................................................................................
Dijo Thomas has Already Presented 6 Scientific Papers in the Topmost Scientific Fourm in
India, a Government of India Supported , Indian Science Congress.
Dijo Thomas Presented 4 Scientific Papers on Neelagiri Kaduva, the NEW Species Found by him
and F3B-NSPM Method in
 1. 103rd Indian Science Congress [ ■ which is the Topmost Level in India ]; held at
University of Mysore on 07 Jan 2016 &
 2. an updated paper in 104th Indian Science Congress; held at SV University, Tirupathi in Jan
2017.
Additional 2 Scientific Papers on Raktha Athika and F3B-NSPM Method in 2017.
.....................................................................................
Why Haven't Dijo Thomas Publish a Paper on Neelagiri Tiger [Neelagiri Kaduva] in a Science
Journal, despite Scientifically Proving it❓
.....................................................................................
1. ■ The Main Reason is Financial
▪For the past 12 years I am doing Nature Conservation, Wildlife Research, Environment
Activism, Social Work etc. WITHOUT any INCOME, MONEY or SAVINGS.
On Top of that there is no Support from the Government, whatsoever. Not only that the
Government is Doing Everything to Prevent the Conservation Activities, as the Politicians Don't
Like Environment Activists. Especially Since Dijo Thomas brought out the Chief Minister- Chief
Wildlife Warden- Elephant Poachers NEXUS of the Past and Present [ ex-Chief Minister Omman
Chandy and Present Chief Minister Pinarai Vijayan Governments in Kerala. ]
It is the Common People who knowing my Activities, for the Past 13 Years, Supporting me with
Food and Accommodations.
Many times there were occasions when i didn't have even 10 rupees in my pocket.
All the Hundreds of Pages of Data that you see in my 2 Websites, DijoThomas.com and
WildlifeScientist.com, my Blogs, YouTube Channels, Scientific Data Entry and all other works
were done in Internet Cafes.
▪I started using an old smartphone only in March 2020 and a
■ New One (Gifted by Renowned Spiritual Master Mooji) Only 3 Months back .
.....................................................................................
❌ It is Impossible to Publish a Scientific Paper without even a Basic Laptop, Proper
Accommodation, Money for Day-to-Day Expenses, Basic Camera, Traveling Expenses to Collect
Data and Evidences, To Collect as Much as Eyewitnesses Accounts fromall over South India,
Research Related other Expenses etc.
▪The Process of Publishing in a Journal may take Many Months.
▪The Panel may ask to collect data or Clarify Eyewitnesses Accounts, for all which Money is
Required.
▪If the Panel of the Journal asks, I may have to appear before them, for which I should have to
do International Travel, which cannot be done by without keeping Money for that in Reserve.
If Any of the Conditions put Forward by the Scientific Panel, they will Reject the Findings and
the Paper.
.....................................................................................
❌ The Danger here is 2 Fold.
1. ▪ Any Rejection by the Scientific Panel, ONLY BECAUSE I wasn't Able to Provide Something
they Asked, due to the LACK of FINANCES in my Pocket, will lead to the Total Rejection of the
Existence of Neelagiri Kaduva, which is my Hardwork for 7 Years in Research and Conservation.
My Enemies will take this Opportunity to Discredit Neelagiri Tiger itself.
2. ● More Importantly than that, it Will NEGATIVELY AFFECT the Conservation of Neelagiri
Kaduva.
❌ That May Lead to the Total Extinction of Neelagiri Tiger, as it is being killed in many places
when it attacks Livestocks, and Government is Not doing anything to Protect it.
.....................................................................................
2. Small Technical Problem of not only a Discovery, but also an Invention by me is Involved
- Hen and Egg Situation
▪For Proving Neelagiri Kaduva, I will have to Use F3B-NSPM, which Itself is a NEW METHOD ❗
▪Therefore, I will have to Publish a Paper on F3B-NSPM Method First, for which I Need the
Sequence of Discovery of Neelagiri Kaduva ❗
But this is Only a Small Problem which can be overcome.
.....................................................................................
F3B-NSPM Method, the Method that Dijo Thomas Invented is a REVOLUTIONARY and NOVEL
Method, to Prove a New Species without Even a DNA Test, Very Different from Anything that
Science has Till Now.
Such Revolutionary Methods will always have an Initial Indifference [ in this case ] to outright
Opposition [ Many Examples in History ].
.....................................................................................
3. ■ JEALOUSY is More IMPORTANT for ACADEMICS than a DISCOVERY or Even
CONSERVATION ACTIVITY ❗
Especially when a Discovery of a Species as Big as Tiger is Involved!
This is What I Have Learned in the PAST 7 YEARS, when I worked for the Conservation of
Neelagiri Kaduva.
In Kerala and India the Situation may be Worse, but NOT much Better in the West.
So l will Definitely have to Face Irrational and Unjust Situations, which may need Tough Efforts.
Time and Hardwork.
.....................................................................................
4. ■ Paper Scientists of India
There are Many Paper Scientists in India ( Infact Most ), who are associated with Many Journals,
due to Regional Representation Necessity ( meaning Not due to their Scientific Value ).
▪Most of Their "Scientific Paper" would run like this: "I discovered a frog that leaps ! in my
bedroom. That Frog is Endemic to my bedroom as the same frog cannot be found anywhere
else !!!".
The "Academics" like this are the ones who will take Maximum Effort ( if they are associated with
a Journal) to Prevent the Scientific Paper being Published.
■ In such cases, a small War itself is Necessary.
I Can Easily Handle (3.) and (4.) Types, but the Resources should be Available.
.....................................................................................
As you can See, it is NOT because Neelagiri Kaduva doesn't Exist, that I am Not Presenting a
Scientific Paper in a Journal,
But Only Because I DON'T have the Financial Resources to do so.
✅ Once I get a Financial Support, I will definitely Publish a Papers in Scientific Journal on all my
Findings, including Neelagiri Kaduva and Raktha Athika.
